For invoicing and accounting, we utilize Quickbooks. The payment schedule is mentioned in the master service agreement. Invoices are given to the clients within a few days of payment.

SolutionSurface provides its clients with a Statement of Work describing every point that includes in the contract.

If you want to drop the services, contact your project manager to request the termination of services. You have to request service cancellation by giving at least 15 days prior notice.
For the termination of recurring services SoWs, a 90 days written notice is required.
